You will need:

  • Scissors

  • Colored markers, pencils, or crayons

  • Hole puncher (optional)

  • Colored yarn or ribbon (optional)

Print out this page. Color the bookmark on the left using many colored markers, pencils, or crayons. Then, using scissors, cut along the dotted line. Be sure that an adult is present to help you when using sharp scissors. For an added dash of color, punch a hole at the top of the bookmark and tie a 12" piece of colorful yarn or ribbon through it.

Then read, read, read...and when you're ready to take a break, be sure to mark your place in a many colored way.
