I am a life-long fan of Green Eggs and Ham! It was Dr. Seuss Island at Universal Studios in Florida and its Green Eggs and Ham Castle that really brought home to me what a wonderful journey this book is. It teaches children to learn and embrace the adventure in life, as opposed to being afraid of it.

Growing up, I was excited to be read to by my mom or my sister. The Dr. Seuss collection of books was my favorite: always fun, always a good story and always a mystery. Dr. Seuss has made an incredible contribution to keeping families connected, and I can't wait to read Green Eggs and Ham! to my new son.
