Now in its seventh year, NEA’s Read Across America
is a nationwide event to promote literacy across the
county and to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday on
March 2. Last year close to 45 million children, adults,
and celebrities shared in reading books together—this
year promises to be even greater with the celebration
of Dr. Seuss’s 100th birthday!
