What personal information does Seussville need to create my user name and password?

  • Seussville will never ask you for personal information, a phone number, or address. Your email address will only be requested if you opt in to receive our newsletter. Seussville only asks for a unique user name and password to regiser for special website features. Your user name should not be your real name. If your user name is already being used by another Seussville fan, we will automatically suggest a similar user name. Your password can be any password you wish. Please do not user personal names or information for your password.

I forgot my user name or password. What do I do?

  • During registration, Seussville asks you two "Forgot your Password" questions. Why isn’t the game, video or song working?

  • Seussville requires Adobe Flash Player 9 or 10 installed in your web browser in order to experience our website. Please right-click on the website to see which Flash Player version you have installed. If you are sure the correct Flash Player is installed in your web browser, other factors may contribute to your Seussville media not playing -- most notably network congestion in your internet connection. Video, Flash and audio can often times require a 1-15 second wait before playing because of their heavy file size. If your media isnt playing after that wait time, you can also try clicking the refresh button in your web browser to refresh the page. If your audio is not playing, check that your computer's audio and speakers are turned on and your computer volume is turned up. Also check that the Audio is "On" in the top navigation of the Seussville website.

  • Seussville pages can be bookmarked the same way any web page is bookmarked -- by clicking on the BOOKMARKS > ADD BOOKMARK menu at the top of your web browser.
